Enlightened Myanmar Research Foundation (EMReF), with the support of International Development Research Center (IDRC) and Parliamentary Centre (Canada), provided the training on “Basic Research Methodology” to 6 Shan State Hluttaw Office Staff at the Shan State Hluttaw from 15 to 19 October, 2018. The purpose of the training was introduce key aspects of basic research methods, especially linked to the parliamentary research methodology of Ontario’s Legislative Library and Research Service, which has been provided since 2017.
